Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - Violet Label

Violet Label

This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is aged for 15 years. The wood barrels used in the batteria are cherry, chestnut, mulberry, and acacia.

When tasting the beginning of your palate will taste the sweetness; however, the acidity will keep and is not overpowering. From the wood you will get flavors of oak, berries, and cherry. This vinegar is aromatic enough to sustain complex tastes on hot foods.

Pairing: olive oil, fresh or roasted vegetables, salmon, grilled fish.
