7.75 oz jar. Roland Provencial olives. Provencal [proh-vahn-SAL] olives are a pride to France’s Provence region. These olives, especially the green ones, are cracked and marinated in fine solutions and are cured in herbes de Provence. Being a culinary delight, it is famed for its fresh, tangy flavor which is a perfect addition to many appetizing recipes. Some of these olives include Picholine, the Salonenque, and those black Provencal olives such as Nyons and Nicoise olives. They are absolutely great for salads, pasta dishes, and even pastries.

The Provencal olives arrived on schedule and in perfect condition. I like this French olives more than the Spanish, Greek or Italian ones, because they have a subtler flavor and are enhanced by herbs
