Pappardelle

Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta

Morelli Pappardelle contains the wheat germ, the heart of the grain, this contains naturally occurring vitamins and proteins. Because of this unique feature the pasta water will take on a slight green hue. This pasta is dried for 36 hours at no more than 45-50C (115-122F), this helps the pasta maintain its deeply-rooted taste and nutrition properties. Pappardelle is long, flat and broad noodles. This is highly recommended to be served with a ragu.
