2 of 5 Not authentic December 17, 2016
Reviewer: Anita Bohn from Kensington, CA United States
Misleading to call it a provolone ball with string. The cheese is wrapped in plastic and the string is purely decorative. Real authentic Italian provolone should be coated in wax and hung from the string long enough to make indentations into the cheese.

5 of 5 A nice cheese October 8, 2016

I found this cheese to have a nice flavor and a smooth texture. It could be used in a number of applications. But also good on its own as just an eating, snacking cheese!

5 of 5 Fantastic!!! October 19, 2012
Reviewer: Rus from OH
This reminds me of the stuff my friend and I ate when we were backpacking through Europe.  It's the kind of a cheese that you would find at the breakfast table of any Italian home.  I made a cheese spread by blending it with fresh herbs and good, extra virgin olive oil.  Big hit!
