Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

1 can Chick Peas 1 fresh lemon 1 tsp Chris Ranch Chopped Garlic 3 tbsp Rosies Mild Pepper Spread 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) Drain Chickpeas (do not rinse) In a food processor combine chickpeas, garlic, pepper spread, EVOO, juice from one lemon and a pinch of kosher salt. Process until creamy (may take up to 2 minutes) The more oil you add, the creamier it becomes, use less or add more to achieve desired texture.
