Each can of Alta Cucina® is full to the brim with sweet, tender, ultra-premium plum tomatoes in "Naturale" style tomato juices and is packed from select tomato varieties chosen by Stanislaus for their fresh fragrance, exquisite flavor and delicate "melt-in-your-mouth" texture! This American tomato, is the closest United States tomato, in comparison, to the "Old World" Italian tomatoes. These tomatoes are used by many of the higher-end restaurants and pizza shops in lieu of the more expensive imported san marzano tomatoes.
