This is the second time I have ordered Trump Flour with the product number ending in 1 and received a different flour with a product number ending in 5. Don’t know why and what the differences are

I'm a former Brooklyn, NY, pizza maker. That was a long time ago and in those days you just couldn't get the same quality ingredients from a supermarket. Gourmet Italian has changed the game! I now make pizza at home and everyone and anyone who eats my pizza, say's it's either the best, or second best pizza they've tasted (most of these are native NY'ers). Thanks Gourmet Italian for serving the little guys too!

As a professional pizza man in Brooklyn for years when I was a teen, this flour is by far the best for making pizza in a restaurant and/or at home. It never fails to get the job done. Also, Gourmet Italian has the best price out of all the places I've searched. 5 Stars!!!

All Trumps for Bagels

All Trumps is the best flour I've found for making bagels. I have no idea what I would use it for in the world of Italian cooking -- presumably some sort of bread. But it is indispensable for bagels. I always buy from Gourmet Italian as they offer 25 lb bags. Using and storing a 50 lb bag is a challenge for a home baker, so I'm glad someone offers the smaller size.
