Maestri Bucantini Pasta

Bucantini Pasta

17.6 oz. Bag. Maestri Bucantini Pastai. This pasta shape is often confused with thick spaghetti. Technically, it looks like spaghetti but only with a hole running through the center of the pasta strand. It is a very unique cut and is generally used in a variety of Italian cuisines. Bucatini is derived from the Italian translation of hole which is “buco”. Bucato, on one hand, means “pierced”. It was said that Bucatini originated in Central Italy. This type of pasta is mainly seen in Lazio, particularly in Rome. The usual ways of preparing Bucatini are those with butter sauces, cheese, vegetables, and anchovies. Product of Italy
