Roland Anchovies

Roland 2oz, 14 oz, 28 oz. These cured anchovies are outstandingly packed in 2oz, 14 oz, 28 oz. tin cans with ring pull top for convenience. Anchovies are oily forage fishes that are then stored in salt barrels for about 6 months. They are then cured with the best olive oil in tin cans. They are filleted and trimmed before being packed for distribution. They are not cooked and are ready to eat, right from the can. Roland anchovies are great for salads and antipasto sauces, appetizers, and even main courses.
