Amaretto is a renown flavored liqueur, primarily made from the pits of apricots.  Amaretto, in Italian, means "slightly bitter", indicating the distinctive flavor of the Mandorla Amara (the bitter almond.) Used for Mochas, Coffee, Lattes,  Steamers, Smoothies, Sodas, Cream Sodas, Cocktails, Moctails (for a non-alcoholic "moctails," Monin Amaretto Syrup can be used in place of liquor)
