Made from the Trebbiano grape and aged for 25 years in select wooden casks made of woods like chestnut, acacia, cherry, oak, mulberry, and ash, giving this aged vinegar a wonder flavor and aroma.  This makes Colavita 25 yr. aged vinegar an excellent choice for an extremely reasonable price. Try it for dipping, or drizzling over fresh vegetables.
