5.1 oz Made from white balsamic vinegar, Roland Ginger Balsamic Glaze is slowly reduced to a nicely balanced thickened sauce. The glaze is sweet and peppery with a golden hue. Roland Ginger Balsamic Glaze is produced from high quality white balsamic vinegar of Modena, Italy. Unlike our regular balsamic vinegar, the vinegar ""must"" is not carmelized during processing (this is why it is golden in color). The vinegar is then reduced to a concentrated sauce.
