8.5oz. Roland Gold label Vintage balsamic is an intense, sweet, complex vinegar. Made in Modena, Italy from the unfermented juice of the Trebbiano grape, it should be used sparingly because of it's distinct character in vinaigrettes and marinades for meat and poultry. Drizzle over warm or cold vegetables, fruit or use to deglaze a pan. Roland Gold Balsamic vinegar was awarded a 3 leaf certification from the Association of Italian Balsamic Tasters (AIB)*.

About This Product:
